Costa Homebuilders exceeded my expectations on the quality of their work. The materials used from the structure of the house to the interior were of high quality. Jeff was willing to meet with me even though I was over five years out from building on a property I had purchased a few years earlier. I was unsure if I could afford a custom-built home, but many of the items I wanted in a house were included, while other builders considered them upgrades. I spent easily over 1000 hours watching the entire construction process and got to see the expertise of the skilled tradesmen as they performed their crafts. They answered all of my questions and would ask me what I wanted if there were options. All the suppliers gave me great assistance on making selections by narrowing down my choices after asking me what I was looking for. The results in the end are what I had pictured. I would highly recommend Costa Homebuilders if you are looking to build a custom home. Thanks to Jeff, Tracey, Tony, Chris, Dave, Carrie, Jen, Holly, Don, and Johnnie (I hope I didn't miss anyone) for getting my retirement off to a great start. April 2025 I had one unfinished room in the basement from when the house was built. I wanted Costa Homebuilders to finish this room so the quality matched the rest of the house. They did not disappoint and did a great job on everything. After living in my house for two years, I am happy with the design and selections made (within my budget) with the help of the Costa Homebuilder's staff and suppliers. I would not change a thing.

Costa is the best! It's that simple! Our family decided to build a dream vacation home, and ultimately, we chose them for the job. That was the best decision we could have made. From the initial discovery meetings with Tony and Tracey, to working in concert with them and Chris while reviewing plans, selecting finishes and once building started, we just couldn't believe how professional and detail oriented everyone was. Tony and Tracey helped us visualize our dream and Chris built it! There were also so many key team members that helped along the way - expert vendors, operational and support staff and managers. We had such an incredible team! All of our needs were met, our expectations exceeded and they even finished ahead of schedule (and within budget). The finished product makes us say "WOW" every time we go inside, and we also know if we need anything in the future, the entire Costa team is behind us. What you can expect when working with Costa is a finished product that is reliable, beautiful, expertly crafted and designed to last forever. We cannot thank or recommend the team enough. They were really fun to work with too. Funny, just as excited as we were and they weren't afraid to give expert advice to help us out when we weren't sure which direction to go in. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Our building experience with Costa was exceptional, from start to finish. From working with Tony & Tracey to design our dream home to the fine details and finishing touches with Chris and Dave, everyone understood our vision and played a crucial role in bringing it to life. The entire process was first class. Everything was 100% custom. Any and every concern was addressed promptly. Even now, months after our home has been finished, we are able to reach out to them with questions or concerns. My husband and I cannot recommend Costa enough. We are so thankful to have made lifelong friends at Costa and to get to wake up every day in the home we dreamed up!

Every concern big or small was always followed up with the same or the very next day. If you are building they are the people to call! They have a wonderful team, who are easy to work with.
