Costa Homebuilders exceeded my expectations on the quality of their work. The materials used from the structure of the house to the interior were of high quality. Jeff was willing to meet with me even though I was over five years out from building on a property I had purchased a few years earlier. I was unsure if I could afford a custom-built home, but many of the items I wanted in a house were included, while other builders considered them upgrades. I spent easily over 1000 hours watching the entire construction process and got to see the expertise of the skilled tradesmen as they performed their crafts. They answered all of my questions and would ask me what I wanted if there were options. All the suppliers gave me great assistance on making selections by narrowing down my choices after asking me what I was looking for. The results in the end are what I had pictured. I would highly recommend Costa Homebuilders if you are looking to build a custom home. April 2025 I had one unfinished room in the basement from when the house was built. I wanted Costa Homebuilders to finish this room so the quality matched the rest of the house. They did not disappoint and did a great job on everything. After living in my house for two years, I am happy with the design and selections made (within my budget) with the help of the Costa Homebuilder's staff and suppliers. I would not change a thing.
